The question always comes via WhatsApp on Tuesday mornings: "Hey, do I have to pay for the wifi for the kid working from Mar del Plata, yes or no?". The short answer is yes, but the long one takes you through Law 27.555, two decrees, an SRT resolution, and a pile of inspections that got much stricter in 2025. Here I organize what I have been applying with clients who have people working from home, and I leave out the Twitter noise.
