Question 2

Time tracking records and reviews the workday. Scheduling organizes shifts, availability, and coverage. They can be contracted separately or combined to relate planned with recorded time.

Question 5

What does the Employee Portal include?

Accepted Answer

It is the personal access to the tasks and information enabled for each person. Its functions depend on the modules contracted and permissions; it does not automatically activate the entire platform.

HR tickets organize the team’s internal inquiries and requests. The whistleblowing channel provides a specific process for confidential communications, with dedicated responsible parties and access.
