Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a web page. They are used to remember your preferences and improve your browsing experience.
Types of cookies
Cookies can be first-party (managed by Emplyx) or third-party (e.g. analytics providers), and can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (retained for a period).
On this Website we use necessary technical cookies to keep the language, regional version, and theme, and, if you accept, analytics cookies to measure Website usage.
Cookies we use
Essential cookies
Required for basic site operation, to remember your cookie choice, and to retain language, country, or theme options you request directly. They are not used for profiling or advertising.
Analytics cookies
If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the Website. These cookies may collect information such as pages visited, browser/device identifiers, or usage metrics.
Preference cookies
We do not use optional preference cookies. NEXT_LOCALE, EPX_COUNTRY, and emplyx-theme are technical operation cookies: they keep navigation consistent in the selected language, regional version, and theme. GeoIP resolution queries a local database and does not send the IP address to an external geolocation service. Website technical logs are processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
How to manage or withdraw your consent
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via the cookie banner. If you wish to change your choice, you can delete the Website cookies in your browser (including the consent cookie) and reload the page so the banner reappears. You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies.
