A laborer enters a construction site at 7:00 AM. He is on the -3 floor of a building under construction. Down there, there is no coverage, no Wi-Fi, nothing. He takes out his mobile, presses "clock in," and the app tells him: "no connection." Multiply that scene by twenty workers and you have an entire day without a record.
